Newly announced Grammy Award nominees, Ernie Haase and Signature Sound, have just launched their first ever solo Christmas tour, Every Light That Shines At Christmas.

The group was in Nashville this past Tuesday evening giving fans and industry professionals a sneak preview of this special concert, and from the rousing standing ovation they received at its conclusion, it's easy to declare their new holiday event a hit.

Accompanied by the multi-talented Wayne Haun, Ernie, Ryan Seaton, Doug Anderson, and Tim Duncan were in excellent vocal form.

The title cut from their new album, Every Light That Shines at Christmas, opened and closed the concert, and is fast becoming a new favorite of mine. Marshmallow World is another song that you'll find yourself singing long after the concert.

Those who may not be able to make it home this Christmas will especially appreciate Christmas is Christmas Wherever You Are. And if cold, wintry evenings make you want to snuggle up with that special person in your life, All I Want for Christmas is You, is the perfect excuse for it.

Their a cappella rendition of God Rest Ye Merry Gentlemen will take you back to Ernie's days with The Cathedral Quartet, and the beautiful new song Christmas in Indiana, penned by Gloria and Benjamin Gaither, is also a fine addition to the concert.

The holiday memories and stage banter between the guys is fun, and emotionally transported audience members back to their own Christmases of days gone by.

After Tennessee, the tour heads to North Carolina, Pennsylvania, Kentucky, Michigan, Indiana, and Mississippi. Check with erniesigsound.com for additional tour information.

This has been quite a week for the group. Their album Dream On has just been nominated for a Grammy in the Best Southern, Country, or Bluegrass Album category. And now their Every Light That Shines At Christmas tour is off to a great start.

So if you enjoy great four-part harmonies, a cappella numbers that are certain to send chills down your back, and good ol' gospel singing, this is one concert you'll not want to miss.
