Helen and her husband, Rev. Boyd McSpadden, were married for 56 years. Together they pastored Faith Temple Church in Lubbock and Christian Center in Fort Worth. They co-authored the world renowned song, "Heaven, Happy Home Above" and were travelers around the world in Missions Ministry.

She is survived by her children, Gary McSpadden and wife Carol,
and Cheryl Kartsonakis and husband Dino, all of Branson, Mo.;
four grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren.
